Dog Pile at the Dog Park

Our Dog Park is right next door to the Sledding Park.  It's very convenient. While I sit and watch Daisy in the dog park, the kids can sled their hearts out next door.  But today we found out when we got there that the Sledding Hill was closed or "ferme" as they say here.

Not to miss out, the boys made due on a patch of ice inside the dog park.

Resourceful?

Do you even know you're in a Dog Park, Sawyer?

Is it all just about the fun?

This is a place for owners of dogs to come, and let their dogs run free.

Run free, I tell you.

They get to meet each other, socialize, and get into doggy fights.

Dog piles...

Those who are brave enough to join the fray, anyway.

There are always a few who are too dignified to get involved in such ballyhoo.

Most of all, it's a great place to meet new friends.

I love how in the last picture, that dog has the most adoring eyes for who is petting him. So sweet.
