Take Lots of Pictures......

First time at the beach, for the little ones. Great surf. Fins required. So the kids were not allowed in over their heads. But they spent all day running back and forth from the tide and trying not to get caught in the washing machine.......

....like this, when you are spun around and around, wondering which way is up.


Kiki and Greyson's technique was to fall down on purpose and ride the wave in on their seat.


Tristan was the most daring for his size. His and Sawyer's technique was to dance in exuberant high-stepping hops to avoid being dragged out to sea.


Sawyer had a little more respect for the ocean after it knocked him off his feet. He needed wrap-a-towel after that.

Daddy said "take lots of pictures". So here they are. Lot's of pictures:

When you live near the beach you learn little tricks like using baby powder to get off all the wet sand clinging to your feet.
